Reflect Without Regrets

Have you ever been disappointed after a cringeworthy presentation?

How about when you finished a tense discussion with your manager?

Where do you go from there?

Take a few deep breaths.

Let the anxiety and stress dissolve.

THEN, simply reflect.

Think about what went well, even if you have to dig deep to find the positive under the pile of negatives.

Review what went wrong.

Then, take those lists and consider each item one at a time.

Decide what you can change to achieve better results.

Reflect on your own to review the situation.

Reflect with others to hear how they perceive the issues.

Reflect to discover the opportunities to learn.

Most importantly, reflect without regrets.
