How Matters More Than What

‘What’ you say matters 7%
AND ‘how’ you say it matters 93%.
It seems unbelievable,
while it is very true.
The ‘how’ includes:
facial expressions,
tone of voice,
how you sit or stand,
your gestures,
how often you pause,
your volume.
Your words do matter,
and how you say those words
may have even more impact.
Be intentional with the ‘how’
so the message is received as intended.
