Dig for the Treasure

When you dig for treasure, what do you need?

1st, you need to believe you will find it (or why bother, right?)

2nd, you need patience because it will take time to dig.

3rd, you need to be prepared with tools, water, etc.

When you need to resolve a conflict, it is similar.

1st, you need to believe you will find the solution (even if you need help to find it).

2nd, be patient. It took time to get stuck in conflict so it will take time to get unstuck.

3rd, prepare. Think about your needs, wants, priorities, what worked well, what hasn't worked, the relationships and more. AND bring your tools: water, paper, pen, snacks because it will take time.

Dig for the treasure and you will find it.
