Dare to Ask!

When you are the only one with a question, ask it!

When your question challenges the plan, ask it!

When you have a question, ask it!

I had a client who had questions, and he didn’t ask them.

He had questions about the progress of a project.

He thought everyone else seemed pleased with the progress.

So, he hesitated to ask his questions.

When he finally asked, others chimed in with similar concerns.

This led to a discussion about how to improve the management of the project.

Next time, he won’t hold back his questions.

Dare to ask!
