Be a ‘C’ Not an ‘O’

When you walk into a meeting,
and there are some gathered in a chat,
you will feel more comfortable to approach,
if they are a ‘C’ not an ‘O’.
What am I talking about?
It is the way people are standing.
If they are in a closed circle, an ‘O’,
it is not comfortable to squeeze in.
If they are in an open circle, a ‘C’,
there is room for us, so we approach and join.
The ‘C’ feels like an invitation because it really is.
The next time you are gathering with others,
in the office, or anywhere,
be a ‘C’, not an ‘O’.
