A classic always delivers. Today, I’m bringing back one of my tips with a refresh. When was the last time you watched yourself talk? Or even what you look like when you are listening? I had a client who was in a conflict. There was a lot of miscommunication. When we unraveled it, the source of conflict was a facial expression, and a sound perceived as a sarcastic giggle.
